BirdPitch — AI Reply Engine That Turns X Conversations into Customers

Every day, people on X post things like "anyone know a good tool for this?" — and most businesses never see it. BirdPitch does. It watches X for the posts that match what you sell, flags the ones actually worth a reply, and drafts a response in your brand voice that you can approve in seconds. Nothing posts automatically; you have the last word on every reply.

Find buyers, not just brand mentions

Most social listening tools tell you every time someone says your name. That's reputation tracking, and it rarely pays the bills. BirdPitch looks for something more useful: people on X who are ready to buy — asking for a recommendation, weighing up their options, or fed up with what they're using now. It sorts every post it finds into a buying signal, a complaint, a question, or noise, and only the ones worth your time reach your inbox.

How BirdPitch works

During onboarding you provide your website URL, a short business description, your target audience, and your preferred reply tone. BirdPitch extracts your company profile, value proposition, and key pain points from this information. Every AI-generated reply is written using this context so responses always reflect your brand voice rather than sounding like a generic template.

Once your profile is set up, BirdPitch runs social listening across X using your configured keyword strategy. It filters results to posts published within the last 48 hours, scores each one for match quality and buying intent, classifies intent type, and saves the highest-scoring results to your inbox queue. From there you review discovered tweets, read the AI-drafted reply, edit if needed, and post directly — completing the full social listening to outreach loop in minutes.

Key features

BirdPitch supports X OAuth 2.0 for authenticated crawling, which gives you access to a broader and fresher feed than anonymous search. Multiple business profiles are available on paid plans, making BirdPitch suitable for agencies managing several clients from one account. Auto-crawl lets you schedule discovery runs at regular intervals so your queue is always fresh without manual triggering. The AI reply generator is powered by Mistral and draws from your full onboarding profile every time it writes a draft.

Competitor Intel — monitor competitors and win switching leads on X

Competitor Intel watches X for the people most likely to switch: anyone frustrated with a competitor, asking for an alternative, or announcing they're leaving. These are the easiest sales you'll ever make — the decision to leave is already made. They just haven't picked where to go yet. Be there first, with something genuinely helpful, and you're the obvious answer.

Competitor Intel runs eight distinct intent-signal search queries per competitor on every check. The queries include phrases such as "alternative to [competitor]", "[competitor] not working", "frustrated with [competitor]", "switching from [competitor]", "[competitor] too expensive", "[competitor] vs", and "cancel [competitor]". These templates are designed to surface people who are mid-decision rather than people who are casually mentioning a brand name. Each query runs against X's live feed so results are always from the last 48 hours.

Smart competitor name matching

Competitor Intel automatically generates name variants for every competitor you add. If you enter "Buska_io", the platform also searches for "Buska.io", "Buska_io", and "Buska" — covering every way users might spell or reference the same product on X. This variant matching ensures no switching signal is missed because of a formatting difference in how users type a brand name.

How Competitor Intel works

You add competitors to your Competitor Intel panel from the workspace. Each competitor can be toggled active or paused at any time. Click Run Competitor Check to scan X for the latest switching signals across all active competitors. The results appear in a feed where each tweet shows the competitor name it matched against, the specific query that surfaced it, and the time it was posted. Monthly check quotas are tracked in the workspace so you can manage usage against your plan limit.

Approve, generate reply, and engage

Each discovered competitor tweet starts with a pending status. Click Approve and Generate to both approve the tweet and immediately generate an AI reply draft using your business profile. The reply is written to position your product as the solution the person is looking for — drawing on your value proposition, tone preference, and target audience. You review the draft, edit if needed, and post directly to X. Click Skip to dismiss a tweet that is not a good fit. Approved tweets with generated replies show Regenerate Reply and Copy Reply options for fast iteration before posting.
