No. BirdPitch is built with a human in the loop. It finds relevant conversations and generates replies in your brand voice, but nothing is published without your approval. You stay in control of every reply.

How does BirdPitch find relevant conversations?

BirdPitch continuously monitors X (Twitter) using the keywords and competitors you choose. It surfaces high-intent conversations where people are asking for recommendations, comparing products, or looking for alternatives.

How does BirdPitch know my brand voice?

During setup, you'll add your website and a short description of your business. BirdPitch uses that information to understand your product, audience, and messaging, then generates replies that match your brand.

Can I regenerate a reply if I don't like it?

Yes. If the first reply isn't quite right, you can generate another version before publishing. Every reply is created specifically for the conversation you're joining.

Can I monitor my competitors?

Yes. BirdPitch can track conversations about your competitors, including people asking for alternatives, comparing products, or considering a switch. It brings those opportunities into your queue so you can join the conversation early.

Can I manage multiple businesses?

Yes. Depending on your plan, you can manage multiple businesses from a single account. Each business has its own keywords, competitors, brand context, automations, and opportunity queue.

Do I need to stay logged in all day?

No. Once your monitors are set up, BirdPitch continuously discovers new opportunities for you. Simply check your queue, generate replies for the conversations you want to join, and publish them when you're ready.

Is there a free trial?

There’s a free plan rather than a time-limited trial, so you can stay on it indefinitely. It doesn’t expire and doesn’t require a card.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Plans are monthly with no contract or cancellation fee. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

What happens if I hit a limit?

Discovery and reply generation stop for the rest of the billing period, and BirdPitch tells you which limit you reached. Nothing already in your queue is deleted, and everything resets on the next 30-day cycle.

Do unused limits roll over?

No. Limits reset every 30 days and don’t accumulate.
